1. Position template directly on chest, aligning it with adult's nipples. (If using an AED, place pads underneath template)
2. Place hands here, as shown, to begin compressions
3. Push down two inches (2") and release completely 30 times
4. Breathe two (2) gentle, 1-second breaths into mouthpiece
