This [G5] AED is the first FDA-approved AED to combine fully-automatic shock, dual language capability, variable escalating energy, and fast shock time. This unit has RescueCoach™ technology which provides user-paced instructions using both voice and text prompts – this means it will go at the pace, either fast or slow, in whatever way that you’re trained to help you use the AED.
You can feel confident knowing that the AED is always ready to use by looking at the Rescue Ready indicator. This unit tests itself daily, weekly, and monthly and will let you know if everything is good with the unit if it is green and if anything is detected it will immediately turn red and the AED will “chirp.”
This AED has an 8 year warranty, comes with two sets of adult pads, and a medical grade battery that has a four year fully operational guarantee.
The unit comes in either semi-automatic or fully automatic and has the option for Intellisense™ CPR Feedback. That feedback measures the depth, rate, and recoil and will correct you during a rescue.
This [G5] also has a USB port. If you do use the AED you can immediately take the data just by the USB stick. It has an IP rating of 55, which is military standard for dust and water and it is very easy to use.
