The OnSite SMART Adult replacement electrode pads are single-use adult electrodes in a package with the Philips Pull Handle built in. They have an expiration date on the pad package that is 2 years from the date of manufacture. These pads must be replaced after use during a sudden cardiac arrest, or by the date on the pad package (stamped in the white box under the diagram showing how to place the pads during use).

To be fully rescue-ready for all SCA events, the OnSite infant/child pads should also be available. These child specific pads direct the AED to reduce the energy and deliver 50 joules, rather than 150 joules that the adult pads are programmed for.
Compatible with Philips HeartStart OnSite AED and HeartStart Home AED

I have it in the hopes I never have to use it, but if I do....it is there and updated with new pads and battery or it will do you no good.
